When to see a doctor?
Most eczema improves with simple moisturizers. However, if the rash increases in size and in site, or start to have discharges, it is recommended to see a doctor as soon as possible.
Treatment of eczema
Most treatments involve a combination of anti-histamines, cleansers, steroid creams and moisturizers. Sometimes, more stubborn or severe cases require the use of antibiotics, UV Phototherapy or even oral immunosuppressants.
